While I have NEVER thought that marriage was a walk in the park....... it is just HARDER than hard right now. I am not afraid to admit that...... nor am I running away from the fight! I love Mark more than I thought possible to love someone... this has NOT changed at all. There is NOT one event that has occurred lately to make things harder.
It is hard having him working two jobs (both for him and for me)... it is hard for me to feel like I do not get breaks... he obviously struggles with having breaks.... we are both being pulled in a number of directions thus making it harder to work together...... it IS harder as a couple with TWO kids...... this is ALL true. What is also true is..... we love each other... and we are working on ways to see things differently!! We need support though..... so PRAY for us, please.
Prayer is powerful... I know that for sure!! I am praying hard!!! Pray for openness for BOTH of us... this is my prayer!

Yes, hard times SUCK but those are the times I know Jesus is carrying me just like the Footprints poem which I love so much.
