Yes, I have a thing for EDWARD!

Agreed!!! I have less than 100 pages left of the last book of the Twilight Saga (holding off on finishing b/c I want to savor the ending, lol) and am now ready to see the movie! This is the biggest book series I have ever read, I am pretty sure about that at least! Overall, I loved the books and definately have a thing for Edward, lol. While the books were LONG and there were some slow parts, I was sucked in... literally, lol. I just might be ordering this shirt! Hubby will LOVE it, lol. Better than the one I saw at Hot Topic the other day that said "I Love Boys that Sparkle".

So, I have checked some sites and such about the books and movie.. including the movie trailer (LOOKS GOOD... love the direct quotes from the book... like that about a movie from a book) and the Today show clip with 'Edward' and 'Bella'. There is a Twilight Mom's blog site, lol. Yes, a huge following of Mom's too!! So, what is it about Edward that makes him a lady craze?!? Well, for me... I have ALWAYS had a thing for bad boys on the outside that have huge hearts on the inside. Well, Edward is the *PERFECT* man, in that regard. He is a TRUE romantic... being 100+ years old thus a true gentlemen as well. Then the love story of Edward and Bella.... WOW, it is powerful! The whole vampire part is SO not what the books are about. Stephanie Meyer even says that... that it is an extoridinary love story with a twist. Yes, that is just what I would say as well. I think the books are amazing reads... the fact that so many people I know have read these books in record time (there are 2500+ pages in total) and that I READ all the books so quickly (really 2 weeks... would have been less if Kaya had let me, lol)! There were some slow parts in the middle of books 2 & 3, but still VERY good... amazing to have written those!
